MEMORIES........

I have been experimenting with a few Tattered Angel products....
Here is a project I came up with!

I began with a Canvas Corp ~ 6x6 Stretched Canvas.
I pulled out the Crafter's Workshop ~ Paradise stencil and
smeared some Golden ~ Pearl Mica Flake through it.
While still wet, I sprinkled on some Silver Microbeads
and let dry.

I then applied a bit of
Tattered Angels ~ Plain Jane ~ Simply Sheer ~ Aqua
and
Plain Jane ~ Baseboard ~ Ivory
(can I just say this is my favorite mist of all times)
along with a few spritz of water to blend!

When dry, I placed the Crafter's Workshop ~ Reversed Chicken Wire
stencil on the canvas, and with a sponge dabbed on
TA Glimmer Glaze ~ Blue Oasis.
I added one more texture,
Golden Crackle Paste through
the Crafter's Workshop Brick stencil.
(when totally dry....I brushed on a bit
of TA ~ Plain Jane ~ Simply Sheer Pink
and TA ~ Glimmer Mist ~

While the background was drying....
I spritz my large Petaloo ~ Printed Darjeeling flower
with water and applied
TA ~ Plain Jane ~ Simply Sheer Aqua
to the edges of the petals.
I dried the flower and then
went around the edges of the flower
with TA ~ Glimmer Glaze ~ Blue Oasis.

......this is where I tell on myself.
I was trying to stay monochromatic but
JUST COULDN'T DO IT.
SOOOO.....I added a bit of the
TA ~ Plain Jane ~ Simply Sheer ~ Pink
to the center of the flower!

I then gave the flower an overall spritz
of the TA ~ Simply Jane ~ Baseboard ~ Ivory
and added a touch of Golden Gesso.
LOVE THE LOOK!
I colored some thread with the
TA ~ Plain Jane ~ Simply Sheer ~ Aqua.
Finishing it all off with a vintage earring
and vintage lace!!

I then pulled a few of my stash Vintage Findings
an old metal spoon
some buttons
and a pin....
and built my canvas!
To tell on myself again.....
I had finished my canvas...
photographed it....and even placed the photos
in this blog post....
and TORE IT ALL APART AND
BEGAN AGAIN....
here was the original canvas

think I like the revised version the best!!!

....a Wishing Well!

Howdy Peeps....Just found this post
marked as Draft....oooops
Soooo here it is!!!
A new creation using the
EVER AMAZING Petaloo Flowers and
Graphic45 Bohemian Bazaar.

  Wishfull

I had seen this wooden box at my LSS and
just KNEW it would be PERFECT for my
latest creation.
I began by lining the box with Faux Moss
to give it a uber earthy feel.

Wishbottominside

And because I CAN'T JUST LEAVE things along....
I chose to ACCENT the already gorgeous Darjeeling Flowers
with Precious Metal Effects paint....
It just makes the flowers POP!

Wishflwrclust

I adhered strips of the Bohemian Bazaar Collection
to my wooden box.

Wishbottomangel

Once again, I glooped and glopped, with
a bit of a spritz here and there!!
As and added accent...
I created a little flower cluster
on the handle!

Wishsmallflwr

And accented it with a little
G45 Chipboard!
The perfect touch!
And there you have it....
a PERFECT centerpiece for
that special occasion.

DT Reveal for 2Crafty Chipboard

Can I just say, I am beyond excited to be apart
of the 2013 2Crafty Design Team.
What an UNBELIEVABLE opportunity
to represent such an AMAZING company and
 AMAZING product.

I utilized one of the Wrought Iron Photo Adornment
chippies and dabbed Black Embossing Paste
on for texture.

How much fun are the 1.5" Hexagons,
embellied with Cream ~ Modeling Cream,
through a Mini Hexagon Template
then added Gold and Burgundy
Precious Metal Effect Paint.
And how cute are the Folk Hearts???

I chose to cut apart the ohhhh sooo cute
"Enjoy this moment, This moment is your Life"
For my second project, I created a Chunky ATC.

To begin this project your cut up a 2" x 4"
into a 5" piece. Paint "Chunky ATC" with Gesso.
I cut up a piece of Chicken Wire Chipboard,
painted it and adhered it, randomly, around the "ATC".

I backed the Juliet's Hearts with a piece of paper
and painted it with Precious Metal Effect Paint.
So, the Juliet's Heart would pop!

Can I just say I can't get enough of the 1.5" Hexagons!!

So...what do you think of my "Chunky ATC"???

For my last project I created a card.

Spring has finally sprung here in Northern NH.
Now is the time for Flowers and Birdhouses.
And the ATC Birdhouse chippies were PERFECT!!

The little birdies are just the cutest.

There are layers and layers of texture, a little bit of Crackle,
and layers of paint on the Larinda's Flourish!!

What creation of mine would be complete without
a "flower cluster".
I hope you enjoyed my creations!

Spring at Last Wreath....

....when I opened my Graphic 45 ~  12 x 12 Place in Time Paper Pad....
I just fell in love with the March Paper!

It's been a long...strange winter this year,
And I'm am sure many of us are wondering
if Spring will ever come!
...with Spring.....comes FLOWERS...
...and GREEN...and LIFE!!

This wreath began as an Easter Wreath,
but ended up being a SPRING WREATH.
Something that could grace my front door
until SPRING FINALLY ARRIVES!!

2 Crafty Chipboard

I had SOOO much fun working with the
New Printed Darjeelings ~ Shades of White.
(all things are better when they start out white!!)

2 Crafty Chipboard

I colored them with various Viva Colour ~ Inka Gold colors.

Just love all the greens....
diecut or 2 Crafty chipboard.

The White ~ Crochet Lace was just the
perfect accent.

Using the Tattered Floral Die
I cut (1) "large" flower from each...
March Place in Time paper
Canvas Corp Handmade &
White Flute papers.
And colored them with Viva Colour ~ Inka Gold.

The icing on the cake...
I soooo loved the "verbage" I found on the
backside of the printed paper.
"At Last, Spring is Here"

It's spring fever.
That is what the name of it is.
And when you've got it, you want -
oh, you don't quite know what it is you do want,
but it just fairly makes your heart ache, you want it so!

The colors are just DIVINE....

As y'all know.....I LOVE to color
EVERYTHING I touch!!
I must say.....the flowers are UNBELIEVEABLE!!!
They "sop" up the color
and keep their BEAUTIFUL shapes!!!
Let me stop chattin' about them and show you!

Petaloo Printed Darjeeling Star

I began with a wooden star,
which I covered with
the Graphic 45 ~ November Cut Apart paper
from the Place in Time Collection.
ohhhhhhh such gorgeous colors.

Petaloo Printed Darjeeling Star

I then pulled out some of the
Wild Mini Blossoms
Medium Wild Blossoms
and the fantabulous
Wild Butterflies.
The focal point of my star is the Tiny Kathleen Frame.
I painted on a layer of Gold Precious Metal Effect Paint.

Petaloo Printed Darjeeling Star

I chose to use Twinkling H20's
to color these beauties!!
(do you just see the A~MAZING COLOR??!??!)

Petaloo Printed Darjeeling Star

Just look at that butterfly.....

Some people dream of success...
