Canvas Corp Crew

I am sooo EXCITED to be a part of

Canvas Corp Brands CREW!!

For our first assignment,

we were asked to create a 4 x 4 canvas

to best express our creative style.

Here is my canvas.....

my canvas is all about
Texture and Color!!

I have plastic containers that I keep all my
Canvas Corp Brands pieces parts in.

So, I pulled them all out
and chose a bit of Burlap,
some French Script TissueStock.

E Flute ~ Black

and various Black on Ivory patterned papers.

I laid the little pieces out on a 4 x 4 piece of
Canvas Corp Brands ~ Canvas
and adhered them with Multi Medium.

I used The Crafter's Workshop ~ Love Post Stencil

and applied a bit of texture medium, through just the hearts.

I then sprayed randomly

with various Tattered Angels ~ Glimmer Mists....
all over the canvas.

Now, no project would be complete without
a few flowers and a quote,

now would it!!

Mother's day is right around the corner.....

I already have my gift for my mom....

I was just missing one thing....

a CARD to go with her gift!

Here is the card I created for her!

And can I say.....EASY PEASY too boot!!

I began with a piece of Canvas Corp ~ E Flute ~Kraft 

for my card base. I distressed the edges using a Distrezz it All,

then added a bit of Tattered Angels ~ Baseboard ~ Red Rocks

for color.

I cut a piece of Canvas Corp ~ Black on Ivory Toile, 

leaving some of the card base showing.
I also distressed the edges of the paper,

coloring with both 

Tattered Angels ~ Baseboard ~ Red Rocks and Grass.

I diecut Leafy Flowers from a piece of 

Tattered Angels ~ Pure Mistable Papers ~ Boulce ~ Cream

and spritzed the diecut image with

Tattered Angels ~ Baseboard ~ Grass.

I altered a Burlap Ivory Flower
with a bit of Tattered Angels ~ Baseboard ~ Red Rocks!

...added bit of Canvas Corp ~ Burlap Fringe
and a Silk loopy bow to finish off the card!

for a WONDERFUL woman!!
